We offer the following course to prepare participants for the CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport) DGSA examination. It is a legal requirement for any Company involved with the transport of dangerous goods, to appoint a DGSA. This requirement (EC directive (96/35/EC), covers road, rail and inland waterways.
We provide a five-day course, including mock exam papers, to help candidates achieve very high examination pass rates. ADR manuals are supplied to all participants as part of the course materials.

- Labels and Markings
- Classification of mixtures
- Identification of products
- Special requirements regarding the Dangerous Goods being transported.
- Obligations of the main participants: consignor, carrier, consignee.
- Training requirements, duties and responsibilities of other personnel involved with Dangerous Goods in the organisation.
- Safety training, emergency equipment.
- Reports on accidents, incidents and serious infringements.
- Operational procedures and instructions for those involved with,
- Carriage, loading or unloading Dangerous Goods.
- Verification procedures for documents and safety equipment to be carried on board vehicles carrying Dangerous Goods.
This is a five-day intensive course, which will require participants to undertake
overnight study.
CILT examinations must be applied for separately.
